Since the sign blew down in a recent storm, some Russellville residents have been wondering what is going on with the planned Buffalo Wild Wings at Parkway Drive and Weir Rd.
River Valley Leader spoke to Managing Partner Ronnie Teague about the project, who assured us that everything is right on track. "We've been working on this project for quite some time, and of course, if the weather holds steady, and there are no unforeseen delays with construction or anything, we hope to be open early [in the] fall."
The plan for the new restaurant includes access from Parkway Drive and Weir Road to accommodate patrons, as well as a sizable parking lot so that there is room for everything from cars to 18 wheelers pulling off of the interstate.
The building itself will be about 6,000 square feet with seating for 300. Hot wings, one of the most favored entrees among sports fans, will figure prominently on the menu. Also available will be salads, burgers, sandwiches along with beer and mixed drinks from the bar.
